| Lagond Music believes that musicians need to be challenged. Sitting
in your room diligently practicing only brings you so far. It
is the opportunity of taking the skills learned in private lessons
then applying them in environments where you are playing with
other musicians, giving your music a sense of style as well
as a visual interpretation then sharing it with an audience
who gets it, respects it, feels your passion and becomes uplifted
by the music you play. We believe that is when real joy and
fulfillment occur.
Lagond Music also believes in challenging your fellow musicians
and audience, giving them what they are comfortable with,
taking them out of their world and bringing them into yours.
Music can affect its listeners at many different levels. It
can inspire, energize, comfort and open up minds. This is
why we instill in our students the obligation to share this
talent with others. |

This unique musical experience
is achieved by exposing serious music students to intensive
instruction and hands-on clinics with contemporary masters.
Students will also rehearse with and perform with professional
musicians, partake in frequent field trips to hear various
well-known and up-and-coming artists, self-evaluate their
work through video and audio demos, and then culminate all
of these experiences with real-world performance opportunities.
The Result -- The cultivation of sophisticated
musicians with a passion for their craft and the confidence
to achieve their goals.
