LAGOND MUSIC SCHOOL SUMMER PROGRAM

July 30 through August 26, 2007
Monday through Thursday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Four-week intensive study program in Jazz, Latin, Funk and Rock.

Students are placed in bands that study theory, improvisation, groove, rhythm and performance techniques then apply their studies to real-world performance opportunities.

A musical experience that will take you by surprise and one you will never forget.

Limited enrollment. Applicants must submit a qualifying demo with at least 3 songs of varying genres and tempos. Recording quality is not judged; must be in either CD or cassette format. Upon review of demo, applicants will be required to complete an in-person interview.

A la carte vocal, private lessons, workshops, jam sessions and performance opportunities are available evenings and weekends.

Registration Information:

Non-refundable application fee:

  • Before April 15: $25.00
  • After April 15: $50.00

4-Week Sessions: $2,000

$400.00 of the tuition amount is due upon acceptance as a tuition deposit. Non-refundable after May 1, 2007.

All balances are due in full by May 15, 2007.

Need - based scholarships are available for students under 21. 2006 Tax Form 1040 required.

Programs may be altered slightly due to unforeseen circumstances.
