| "It was such a high to have you in our town yesterday. Sleepy Katonah has never been so hip! Thank you for making that effort. And, thank you, of course, for the amazing job you do with these kids. You are both so gifted and we are so lucky that this is the way you have chosen to share those gifts." - Gratefully, Karin

| "Inspiring others is the greatest gift musicians can give their audience in return for their support. BRAVO, ELEMENT You all should feel very proud of what you have accomplished and the passion you've IGNITED in those who share your gift. Special kudos to Charlie and Rosanne for being the eternal spark lighting the fire which burns within you all! " - Eric & Barbara |

| "James may not have told you this, but he was awarded the Gold Medal for Academic Excellence in Music at Iona Prep which was presented at graduation.
It was a very proud moment for him, and we have you to thank for giving him the confidence, skills and desire to help Iona take some major steps toward a higher level of music education. The headmaster approached us separately and could not stop gushing about all that James has done to elevate the music program. His dedication is infused with such professionalism and that comes from only one place: The Lagond Music School!
Angela and I would like to thank you again for all you've done for our son.
We will always be in your debt and at your service." - Jim Tobin |

| "Thanks guys. We are certain that he would not have made it into Brown without the transformative experience of playing with The Element. Stan had the grades, but so do most of the applicants. But we doubt that too many others mentioned on their extracurricular list that they went on a tour of Canada and played at BB Kings in New York. Your special enlightened approach with these kids, musically and character wise, is a unique and important life lesson for them. So from the bottom of hearts we thank both of you." - Warmly, Sherry and Glenn |

| "Hey, guys - Just wanted to send a note of "WOW" to Armand about how great he sounded last night. It was so much fun to hear him play - and what a band, too! PLEASE keep me posted about other local gigs, as I'd love to come hear you guys again (and again, and again!). See you Thursday, " - alec berlin, guitarist |

| "You and Charlie are very special people and we are so lucky that we met you. Many thanks for caring for Arthur and for spending your personal time working with him. Your help and mentorship is invaluable. It made such a huge difference in his life and helped him to get to a new level as a musician and as a person. Looking forward to many exiting projects with you this year. "

| Dear Rosanne and Charlie,
I just wanted to thank you for putting together such a great gig. Everyone who I spoke to said what a great time they had, and what great music they heard. It was a great experience for me, and I enjoyed playing with everyone.
On the ride home from the city, I was thinking about how much I've grown both musically and non-musically, and how both of you have encouraged me. I love playing with Tensegrity… Thank you again, - Jacob Perlmutter
PS. my parents are still beaming

| Rosanne and Charlie, This is a testament to the both of you. Your vision, hard work, headaches and your persistence is really paying off. Our children would not have had the opportunities open to them if Lagond Music was not around. What a lifetime experience and memories they will have to cherish forever. The most important stepping stone to their future will forever be Lagond Music with Charlie and Rosanne. I am so grateful that Nicole has had the opportunity to be a part of such a wonderful experience. Perhaps one day when "Lagond Music" is permanently on the BB Kings billboard on 42nd and Broadway, Nicole can say I worked with them at BB Kings and it was the best experience of my life. You guys are great!!! Annie Norris |

Dear Rosanne, The kids just blow me away. And, of course, I am rocked by my lovely daughter's abilities. I can never have too many opportunities to watch her perform. But don't you feel that way about Charlie? When he plays I can't take my eyes off him. Live performance -- really good live performance requires more of a musician than technical excellence. As a singer Rebecca has learned to "give face" (as we say); being open and letting the audience know she feels lucky/happy to be performing for them. Charlie, though eons more talented and experienced, still sends that same message. Even when he is inwardly focused. This creates a bond with the live audience. I don't know how they learn it, but you can tell who's got the magic and who doesn't.
I wish I could have gone into the city to here Charlie tonight. You will certainly have had a long day. Please tell him "good work this afternoon, as usual." I am so happy to say that I know you both. Barbara |

| "Thanks so much for all the love and support that you have given me over the past four years. I have had the time of my life at your school. The fact that you two were able to make it Possible for me to sing in various settings is amazing, and I have loved every minute of it. The two of you are such inspiring people and are both so 'kind and generous.' Thank you so much for everything. I will forever remember both of you and how incredible your school is. Thanks again. I'll miss you." - Nicole Norris |

| "Funk Shui was beyond the beyond the beyond!!!!! Everyone was astonished to say the least. You and Charlie run this school with your heart and soul. Believe me its the kind of thing, especially with music, that without you guys may be technical, but not art. The boys and Charlie were art at its finest. Thank you." - Aitana |

| A note of kudos should be bestowed on you and Charlie for all your dedication and commitment to the musical education and general maturation of all your students. In our brief involvement with LMS, we've seen dramatic improvement and blossoming in all the band members, which is very fulfilling for each of the parents involved and expressed to us by them. You guys do an incredible job and even though it may sometimes feel thankless and it's not always expressed to you, it is respected and appreciated! All the best, - Herb (and Pam) Hirsch |

| Charlie, thank you ever so much for bailing me out with my chart; I know it would have been easy to shoot it down but instead you found a way to make it work and come alive. I guess that's the sign of a true professional – whether it's a gig or an informal jam session you find a way to make the music play. Thanks to you, I was finally able to hear my idea come alive. It really meant a lot to me. Thanks again to both of you! Take care, Mark Delano |

| What a great gig Friday night!! The Element was so hot, which fueled the crowd which in turn fueled the Element… The "club experience" that you have given to these young musicians is unique, motivating and exhilarating and in turn has provided the same experience for the parents who are so incredibly proud of our sons and daughters. Thank you! - Stephanie Zayas |

| Hi Rosanne and Charlie,
I've finally returned (sort of...) from my trip into the stratosphere and WOW!!! is all I can say. I can't say it enough! So, you better get used to it. You guys are....well there just aren't words to describe the gratitude and appreciation! Cale is a different person than he was a year ago and I credit a lot of that change to you and the higher power that sent us to you! Our cousins and friend who came were also amazed with all of the groups. They couldn't believe that they were listening to high school kids! It was a great show! Laurel |

| I again want to thank Claire, Rusty, Rosanne and Charlie for everything you all have given Nicole. You all have clearly had such a profound and positive influence on her life. Whatever she chooses to do in the future, whether she pursues music or not, and whether she pursues it as a vocation or hobby, Annie and I are convinced that she will take the lessons learned at Lagond Music with her for the rest of her life. You all know how, in some ways, Nicole is quite reserved, particularly when it comes to disclosing how she feels about herself. Well, as I said last night, there has been evidence of growth during the last year, and evidence that this growth is in many ways attributable to what she has done with you guys. As she said repeatedly last night, she feels confident. The confidence comes through on stage, at school and every place else. Annie and I thank you all for that. We are very excited about where she will journey with you all after the Summer. Congratulations!!! Charles B. Norris, Esq. |
