Band and Choral Workshop Lessons

Kerryn Prieto is a dynamic singer-songwriter, guitarist, bassist, composer, producer, and educator based in Westchester, NY. Blending jazz, rock, hip-hop, and soul with ease, Kerryn creates a sound that is both original and deeply expressive. Born with autism, his unique perspective and passion shine through in every performance, making him a compelling entertainer and storyteller.

Kerryn is a member of several musical groups, including The Speakers, Lost Soul Found, the Danielle Carr Band, and the Especially Everyone Ensemble. As a solo artist, he has performed twice at the Apollo Theater, reaching the semi-finals, and has opened for legendary acts like Blood, Sweat & Tears and Steel Pulse with the Lagond All-Stars. He also serves as the Lagond Music Ambassador for the Power Through Performance program, where he leads both band and chorus, empowering musicians with disabilities through music.

A seasoned performer with East Coast tours under his belt, Kerryn continues to share his evolving sound with a growing fan base. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Performing Arts from Westchester Community College and graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Liberal Arts from SUNY Purchase College, where he is currently pursuing a Master’s in Studio Composition.
