Charlie Lagond
Co-Founder and Musical Director
Charlie is a world-class saxophonist and woodwind instrumentalist with over 45 years of performance experience on stages around the globe. Known for his soulful tone and deep musicality, he specializes in jazz improvisation, technique development, and performance coaching. As an educator, Charlie has guided students into prestigious music colleges and successful professional careers.
Steven Salcedo
Saxophone, Sight Reading & Music Theory Instructor
Steven brings a fresh, energetic approach to saxophone education. A seasoned performer and session musician, Steven excels at helping students master sight reading, develop tone, and build musical confidence. His lessons are structured, engaging, and results-driven.
